As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners. As the Global Partner Technical Lead for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of our global strategy, driving the success of our most critical high value and high growth partnerships. You will be responsible for architecting and executing a unified, global technical strategy as part of the overall GTM plan that accelerates growth and achieves our joint business objectives.

In this role, you will be a technical thought leader who will foster strong relationships and alignment across executive leadership, GTM and Product, Engineering organizations. You will be the lead for one or more strategic ISVs along with core technical focus areas such as Compute, AI Infrastructure and Gemini Enterprise Integrations and Agents where you will develop and execute partnership strategies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $183000 - $266000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and long-term strategic roadmaps with prioritized security partners, aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders with partner product visions to deliver integrated, best-in-breed third-party solutions.
• Drive the architectural adoption of Google's advanced AI capabilities (Vertex AI, Gemini, Gemini Enterprise) within the partner ecosystem to create highly differentiated security value.
• Provide guidance, establish repeatable technical processes and assets, and rigorously validate integrated, end-to-end solutions to guarantee production readiness.
• Identify white-space integration opportunities that expand the ecosystem, successfully driving both partner business and Google Cloud consumption.
• Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner technologies, influencing Google's core platform roadmap while presenting "Better Together" architectures at major industry forums.
