Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer to become an integral part of our expanding imaging team. Utilizing cutting-edge ultrasound equipment, you will conduct vital imaging examinations, work alongside an extraordinary team of healthcare professionals, and provide crucial support to patients through high-quality imaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of ultrasound evaluations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part assessments
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during exams, by explaining every step with empathy and transparency
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring medical staff to ensure exceptional diagnostic imagery
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art imaging machines, addressing malfunctions promptly
• Accurately document procedures and manage patient records using our electronic medical records system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent qualification
• BLS certification is a plus
