Quality and Sanitation Specialist II in Chicago, IL!
Are you passionate about ensuring quality and sanitation in food production? Join our team in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL, where you can make a significant impact on our products and processes. We are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our quality assurance and sanitation efforts.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
- Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
- Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
Preferences:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC).
Work Schedule:
- Second Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
- Third Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
- Weekend B Shift: S-S-M 7pm to 7am, Alternating Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
