Solutions Management Global Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions, Leasing Advisory Location: Chicago, IL 60601 (position can be based in any major city). • This role supports travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients. The Global Solution Management Lead is a senior leader responsible for driving and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Leasing Advisory, and Brokerage. Primary Responsibilities Partner with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts (including Leasing Advisory professionals), and marketing to create tailored competitive solutions. Develop clear, articulate value propositions for presentation to prospective clients. Form strategic solutions based on in‑depth client knowledge of leasing portfolio needs and transaction requirements. Assist the sales leader in contracting, identifying favorable business terms, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get‑give analysis. Own the deliverables critical for business planning. Participate in client‑facing presentations and diagnostic sessions to customize solutions. Manage a global/regional team of service line resources, including Leasing Advisory teams, impacting solution design and proposed service offerings. Develop and maintain financial pricing models (internal budget) incorporating leasing transaction projections and advisory fee structures. Establish benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing. Communicate with delivery and account management teams to facilitate operational handoff. Required Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience as a salesperson or in a role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills. Ability to lead creative and unique solution development, think beyond conventional approaches, and drive teams to innovate. Strong partnership skills essential when working with internal subject matter experts and brokers to showcase JLL capabilities. Excellent writing skills; ability to communicate the complete holistic solution in concise narrative and executive summary. Budget ownership during negotiations, validating scope and price, and completing internal profitability analysis. Strong background in Portfolio Services (including Leasing Advisory) and understanding of real estate outsourcing for solution design. Ability to identify additional sales or growth opportunities during the solution process. Excellent communication skills – articulate and present account team structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy. Strong listening capacity and aptitude for molding client insights into solutions. Experience working in a collaborative and respectful team environment. Bachelor’s degree and broad business experience acquired through prior work. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Transaction Management and/or brokerage in similar roles. Experience in leasing advisory, tenant representation, or landlord representation. Experience delivering large, complex solutions for corporate occupiers. Understanding of leasing transaction structures, market dynamics, and advisory services delivery models. Additional Information

• Estimated compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 USD per year.
