Good Karma Brands is looking for a Partnership Coordinator based in Milwaukee, WI to support the sales efforts of ESPN Cleveland. We are looking for a teammate who thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment, strives to be proactive and follows through, is a fast learner, and is passionate about assisting our sales team in coordinating relationships with advertising partners.

Partnership Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day administrative work supporting the ESPN Cleveland sales team while working from Good Karma Brands' Home Office in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for organization, an eagerness to learn the media and marketing business, and the adaptability to handle every day being a new adventure.

Daily Tasks of a Partnership Coordinator:

• Work in a team environment and directly support multiple Marketing Consultants
• Enter sales orders and all other internal administrative tasks that relate to sales partnerships primarily focused on ESPN Cleveland Local Brands, Events and Digital
• Revise sales orders in WideOrbit when needed and work directly with Marketing Consultants to receive any missing copy or creative
• Coordinate with Producers and Marketing Consultants to schedule production recordings for partner commercials, interviews, and vignettes as part of campaign execution and sponsorships
• Send commercial times, digital screenshots, invoice copies, and other campaign deliverables directly to partners
• Assist Marketing Consultants with any sales-related tasks as needed and help be a resource for the sales teams
• Fill out necessary paperwork for Marketing Consultants including New Partner Forms, vCeative, etc.
• Run monthly reports for all Marketing Consultants (billing, commercial schedule, etc.) and confirm orders daily in WideOrbit
• Gather and send weekly or monthly airchecks, video clips, social clips, and other deliverables to Marketing Consultants
• Be knowledgeable in Salesforce and assist Marketing Consultants with reporting and tracking
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, support research and reporting, assist with presentation development, enhance partner service, and streamline administrative processes
• Assist with updating and/or creating presentations on behalf of Marketing Consultants for prospective and current advertising partners
• Participate in idea brainstorming sessions for marketing campaign presentations
• Collaborate with sales departments across other Good Karma Brands markets
• Support ESPN Cleveland signature events, partner activations, and community initiatives as needed. Occasional travel may be required
• As skills develop and business needs evolve, support responsibilities may expand to additional GKB markets and platforms.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Interest in sales and marketing long-term
• Radio and Digital experience are a plus, but not required
• Experience with WideOrbit, JIRA, and Salesforce is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered workplace tools
• Extreme attention to detail
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - a multi-tasker
• With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver's license

Hours/Salary/Benefits:

This is a non-exempt role with overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
