General Functions and Scope Providing Project Managers with professional and proficient administrative support for all project-related needs. Essential Functional Areas of Responsibilities Work proactively with Project Managers to collect necessary documents & information for new project set up in ERP system. Utilize budgetary experience and knowledge to work with Project Managers on monthly projects Over/Under Reports. Review and distribute monthly KPI reports to Project and Sr. Management teams (job cost reports, change orders, project closeout, etc.). Review contract documents for financial details to ensure project compliance. Prepare monthly revenue projections and compile programmatic billing details for review prior to creating & submitting to client. Review, prepare, and maintain subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, preliminary notices, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance. Identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and offer suggestions and/or implement procedures, processes and/or tools that improve efficiency and productivity. Assist management in various tasks as needed. Perform basic office functions such as answering phone calls and scanning documents. Supervisory Responsibilities Not applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
