Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse Emergency Room (ER/ED). This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Salem, VA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $32.33 - $48.50/hour. Hourly Rate: $32.33 $48.50/hr (based on years of experience) Night Differential: $3.00/hr Weekend Day Differential: $3.00/hr Weekend Night Differential: $7.00/hr (stacking diff!) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with 2-year commitment Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Nights, Days, Mixed, Evenings (Rotating Weekends) Multiple shifts available!

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs based on acuity levels
• Act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate effective follow-up plans and referrals
• Document effectively, succinctly, and timely according to organizational policy
• Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments, while remaining patient-focused and safety-aware at all times

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Associate Degree from a professional nursing program required; BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program preferred
• License: Current RN licensure in Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA required
• Certification: AHA BLS required
• Experience: Will consider 1 year of RN ER experience in an acute care setting
• Cross-training: Will consider Med Surg candidates to cross-train ONLY FOR NIGHTS SHIFT
