Personal Injury Legal Assistant – Armenian Speaking

We are a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in the San Fernando Valley seeking a motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, communicating with different parties, and keeping cases moving forward. You will work closely with attorneys and case managers on automobile accident matters while serving as an important point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal injury cases involving automobile accidents
  
  
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates
  
  
• Assist clients with property damage claims, vehicle repairs, total-loss issues, and rental car matters
  
  
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, body shops, and other parties involved in the claim
  
  
• Contact and communicate with witnesses when necessary
  
  
• Assist attorneys and case managers with case-related tasks and follow-up
  
  
• Gather documents, photographs, insurance information, accident reports, and other case materials
  
  
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure important tasks and deadlines are followed
  
  
• Help provide clients with a professional, responsive, and supportive experience throughout their case
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in Armenian and English is required
  
  
  
• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred
  
  
• Experience handling automobile accident or property damage claims is a major plus
  
  
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters at once
  
  
• Comfortable communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, body shops, and witnesses
  
  
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
