About the Role:
Everything CPAP, LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Boise, ID. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and process billing and co-pays accurately
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Handle medical documentation, referrals, and prior authorizations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a medical receptionist, medical office assistant, or Durable Medical Equipment in setting preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and billing processes
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
