Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing team serving ambulatory surgery centers throughout Metro Detroit. This role offers the opportunity to practice in an ASC-focused environment with a predictable weekday schedule and no call responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and patient assessments Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans Administer general anesthesia, MAC, regional anesthesia, and sedation as appropriate Monitor and manage patients throughout the perioperative period Provide post-anesthesia recovery and pain management services Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and facility staff Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and patient safety standards Qualifications Required Current CRNA certification Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Active Michigan RN and APRN license (or ability to obtain) NBCRNA certification Current ACLS and BLS certifications Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Malpractice coverage 401(k) with profit sharing Life insurance Long-term disability insurance Why Join AAS?
