Top Skills & Experience 10+ years Oracle/SAP ERP experience; global ERP project management leading teams of 20+ with budgets over $750M+ 7+ years IT Project Management experience (industry best practices) 7+ years managing budgets, schedules, change requests, risks, issues; proven on-time, on-budget delivery 5+ years experience with project portfolio tools (e.g., Clarity ) 5+ years advanced MS Project experience PMP certification highly preferred Role Overview This role supports the client for the Department’s multi-year City Tax Modernization initiative. As part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will work with technical teams, executives, and multi-vendor stakeholders in a fast-paced hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize the State’s PPM tool (Clarity) for schedules, budgeting, and resource assignments Monitor and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and quality Lead communications with sponsors, executives, managers, and project teams Develop and maintain core SUITE PMM project deliverables: Project Schedule Budget Communication Plan Status Reports Risk/Issue Logs Change Requests Project Closeout Ensure compliance with SUITE PMM & SEM methodologies Manage vendor deliverables and contractual obligations Facilitate cross-agency communication and stakeholder alignment Create Corrective Action Plans for projects in yellow/red status Support system architecture, SaaS integrations, and technical team oversight Maintain and manage large-scale project integration schedules (5,000+ lines) Required Qualifications 10+ years SAP/Oracle ERP Project Management (global scale) 7+ years IT project management experience 7+ years delivering projects on budget and timeline 7+ years managing budgets, schedules, risks, change requests 5+ years using Clarity or equivalent PPM tools 5+ years advanced MS Project 5+ years managing SaaS integrations 5+ years managing multi-vendor environments (government strongly preferred) 5+ years maintaining large integration schedules Prior Developer / Senior Technical PM experience PMP certification (highly desired) Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ventures Unlimited Inc by 2x Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in Dimondale, MI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
