Intern, Human Resources Experience: Minimal Experience | Location: Stamford, CT/Remote | Area: Human Resources | Business: Cohen Veterans Network, Inc. | Status: Part Time – Seasonal ($20 - $25 per hour at approximately 15-25 hours per week) A Career with Cohen Veterans Network, Inc At Cohen Veterans Network, we seek to improve the quality of life for veterans, including those from the National Guard and Reserves, active duty, and their families. What you’ll do Assist with HR Audits Maintain and update HR records and trackers. Assist with organizing employee files and documentation. Support handbook and policy document management. Help standardize file naming and recordkeeping processes. Help compile HR reports and background check records. Support office organization and administrative projects. Other projects, as assigned What’s required Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or any business‑related field. Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills.
