Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services to students in PreK through 3rd grade for the upcoming school year. You'll play a key role in supporting young learners' communication development at a single onsite location, making a lasting difference in their academic and social growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Holds or eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Illinois SLP license (or the ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of best practices for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in PreK-3rd grade
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required, utilizing standardized assessment tools and data-driven decision making
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the educational environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of student progress and compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
