Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a valued team member, you’ll serve a caseload of 40-45 children in PreK through 3rd grade, providing essential speech and language support to students at a pivotal time in their educational journey.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure with eligibility for practice in schools
• CCC-SLP or recent completion of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Experience or training working with pediatric populations, especially PreK through 3rd grade
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and school-based service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Passion for fostering growth and self-confidence in students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs, designing individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse, energetic caseload of young students
• Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain timely records and documentation consistent with school and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to inform each child's educational plan
• Offer guidance and resources to families to support development outside the classroom
