Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based therapies tailored to diverse client backgrounds, including group sessions, family therapy, and individual counseling.

• Utilizing specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while keeping up with documentation requirements.

• Participating in regular workshops, training sessions, and professional development to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
