Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all clinical information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current with advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
