The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to develop and grow our customer base in the greater Tucson, Arizona area. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role where you will be the face of Precision Tool & Safety Supply / HTO Supply — identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering solutions that keep our customers safe and productive on the job.

What You'll Do

•      Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts throughout the Tucson market

•      Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, job site visits, and networking

•      Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, safety directors, contractors, and facilities teams

•      Present and demonstrate our full line of tools, safety equipment, and industrial supplies

•      Prepare and deliver competitive quotes and proposals

•      Partner with our inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

•      Represent Precision Tool & Safety Supply / HTO Supply at trade shows, industry events, and customer appreciation activities as needed

•      Coordinate and conduct joint sales calls with factory representatives to provide customers with in-depth product expertise and strengthen supplier relationships

•      Participate in ongoing product training and education to maintain a high level of knowledge across our tool, safety, and industrial supply catalog — and pass that knowledge on to customers through demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site consultations

•      Track sales activity, pipeline, and account details using company CRM tools

•      Stay current on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Schedule

•      Monday through Friday, hours vary by time of year and business needs

•      Additional availability required periodically for trade shows, customer events, and other sales-related activities

•      Occasional travel outside of the region for manufacturer product trainings and events

What We're Looking For

•      Proven track record in outside sales, account management, or business development — experience in tool, safety, industrial, or construction supply is a strong plus

•      Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in the field

•      Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and follow through consistently

•      Comfortable with a consultative sales approach; you listen first and solve problems

•      Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools

•      Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

•      Knowledge of the Tucson commercial and industrial market is an advantage

Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Commission: Unlimited — estimated $15,000–$18,000 annually at plan, with significant upside as your territory grows
