Business Development Associate

About the Role We're looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Associate to join our Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conversations, is comfortable with cold outreach, and is motivated by converting prospects into enrolled students. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective students/leads generated through marketing campaigns Connect with prospects to understand their career goals and educational needs Present and explain Diya Academy's course offerings, structure, and value proposition Handle objections and address queries professionally Convert qualified leads into enrollments, driving revenue targets Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm/interested prospects Update lead status, call logs, and conversion data in the CRM Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve lead quality and pitch effectiveness Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Requirements Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or cold calling (edtech experience is a plus) Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-energy environment Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively from home Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Sheets Fluency in English/Tamil (or relevant regional language, as applicable) What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Flexible remote work setup Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling edtech brand Training and pitch scripts provided #J-18808-Ljbffr Gozler Ed Tech
