Senior Oncology Account Specialist Lung Cancer Boston, MA

Responsibilities Promote Pfizer’s oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists. Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products. Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patient experience and overall quality of patient care. Increase Pfizer’s brand with high-value target customers by assessing account/business landscape and applying Pfizer product knowledge. Promote demand in assigned accounts; generate territory/account/customer plans. Maintain and grow relationships with institutions and KOLs; address physician/account needs using appropriate resources. Overcome obstacles to access difficult-to-see providers; engage and influence customers throughout the selling process. Basic Qualifications BA/BS (accredited) OR associate’s + 8+ years OR high school diploma (or equivalent) + 10+ years relevant experience. Domestic travel/overnight as needed. Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI/impaired driving citations in past 7 years. 4+ years pharmaceutical sales OR 4+ years oncology HCP experience with thought leaders/high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care. Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales/HCP work. Ability to communicate technical/scientific product and disease-management information. Business acumen. Proficiency with complex digital applications and ability to use Pfizer technology model. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years oncology sales; lung cancer therapeutic area experience. Master’s or advanced HCP degree. Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
