Provee ayuda a las familias para mejorar sus condiciones y calidad de vida mediante la autogestión y el desarrollo de destrezas para apoyar la preparación escolar de sus niños(as). Identifica recursos en la comunidad y facilita para que las familias los usen al máximo en la atención de sus necesidades. Ofrece servicio directo a las familias y niños. Es responsable de desarrollar, facilitar e implantar estrategias que promuevan la participación comprometida de los padres, familias y miembros de la comunidad. Evidencia de su preparación académica (Diploma y/o Transcripción de Créditos) Bachillerato en Trabajo Social con Licencia de Trabajador(a) Social Vigente Certificado de Antecedentes Penales (de ser de internet debe incluir su validación) Beneficios: Jornada diaria 7 horas Días Feriado libre con paga Acumula 30 días por licencia de vacaciones Acumula 18 días por licencia de enfermedad Aportación Plan Médico de $244 mensuales Aportación Plan de Retiro de $140 mensuales más el 3% del salario devengado Head Start cualifica para solicitar el alivio al préstamo estudiantil federal #J-18808-Ljbffr Entertimeonline
