The position is part-time, non-exempt and is located at the Leawood campus at 13720 Roe Ave. Please see below for a full job description.Job SummaryThe Coordinating Assistant provides administrative support for the Leawood Adult Discipleship team and helps manage daily operations for Leawood. This position is also a member of the church-wide Administrative Professional team, which provides for the development of administrative professionals across the organization with focus on skills, cross-training, use of technological tools and cross-divisional collaboration.Essential Responsibilities and Expectations :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Position-SpecificProfessionally represent the supported staff team, including serving as an initial point of contact with inquiring congregants, answering questions and routing phone calls.Working with the Leawood team when completing RXP requests and providing support as needed.Provide administrative support for projects and events such as making bulk room reservations, creating sign-up links, using Canva to create materials if needed. Assisting with set up when requested by the Lead Director.Managing the food for evening programming.
