Media Supervisor

Responsibilities:

We're hiring a Paid Media Supervisor to own paid social and paid media strategy for our client roster, from the first recommendation deck through campaign execution and results reporting. You'll report to the Media Directors and give day-to-day direction to two or three junior team members.

What you'll do

• Build and execute paid social and paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic/display platforms
• Manage budgets, bidding strategy, and audience targeting directly inside platform ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads/DV360)
• Write recommendation decks, POVs, and competitive analysis for client presentations
• Track campaign performance against KPIs and adjust in-flight when something isn't working
• Manage vendor relationships and stay current on platform changes and ad policy shifts
• Present directly to clients on strategy, performance, and paid media opportunities
• Partner with the analytics team to fold paid media reporting into broader campaign dashboards
• Direct the daily work of junior media staff and help develop their skills

What you need

• 5-7 years planning and buying multi-channel campaigns, with at least 2 years focused specifically on paid social and paid media
• Hands-on experience running campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a programmatic platform (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
• Experience managing campaigns with annual budgets of $1M or more
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a comparable web analytics platform
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus the ability to present to clients directly
• Familiarity with syndicated research tools like Resonate, MRI, Scarborough, SQAD, or Vivvix
• Comfort managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once
