Salesforce Business Analyst

To drive end-to-end business process modernization, the remote Senior Business Analyst or Functional Lead will manage discovery and requirements gathering, configure Salesforce solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders in the Staffing and Workforce Management industry. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders to uncover business needs Document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams Configure Salesforce solutions directly and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities Required Qualifications 4+ years of Salesforce business analysis or functional consulting experience Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills with the ability to build within the org Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus Experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR tech industry is highly advantageous Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Asana or Jira
