MGR Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute purchase and lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
• Manage transactions from initial engagement through closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Professional communication skills with a focus on fostering positive working relationships across all parties.
