Wire Operations Specialist : 26-02374

Contract & Location Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6+ Months Location: Los Angeles, CA- (#LI - hybrid) Pay Range: 30-32/Hr on W2 #LP Primary Skills Wire Processing (advanced), Risk Management (intermediate), Payment Reconciliation (intermediate), Quality Control (intermediate), Compliance (intermediate) Job Summary This role involves expertly managing the exceptions queue for incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving errors, reviewing high-risk transactions, and maintaining strict adherence to established procedures. The position requires a keen eye for detail to prevent payment returns and uphold customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process wire repairs and exceptions. Review risk queues for potential issues. Monitor and process approval emails. Must-Have Skills 6 months minimum wire processing experience. Strong understanding of wire operations. Handle duplicate payment investigations. Ensure quality control for wire transfers. Industry Experience Experience in financial services, specifically in payment processing or banking operations, is highly preferred.
