Content & Creative Direction

• Ability to tell a story through projects from initial design to completion of construction.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing, and luxury aesthetics.
• Able to identify trends without making the brand feel trendy or cheap.
• Experience creating content that feels family/community centered rather than sales focused.

Copywriting

• Excellent writing and grammar.
• Ability to write captions that educate, inspire, and convert. NO CHAT GPT
• Understands different voices for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Photography & Video

• Comfortable shooting high-quality content with an iPhone and/or Camera
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
• Knows how to capture construction progress in a visually appealing way.

Analytics

• Analyze monthly performance and provide recommendations.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, website clicks, and lead generation.
• A/B test different content styles and posting times.

Organization

• Manage a monthly content calendar with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with manager to know what jobs are worth filming.
• Keep content organized and backed up.

Personality

• Self-starter who identifies content opportunities without being asked.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Positive, professional, and represents the company well on job sites.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Marketing Knowledge

• Understands branding and customer psychology.
• Experience running Meta ads.
• Familiar with SEO basics and how social media supports Google rankings.
• Can create content that generates qualified leads, not just likes.

Expectations

• Go to job sites to get content 2/3 a week
• Get in-office content every week
• Willingness to be in front of the camera at times
• Expectations: 2-3 story posts daily M-F
• 2 Photo Posts weekly
• 1 Jobs site update weekly
• 1 Rendering Video - weekly
• 1 Creative Reel you come up with (that fits within our guidelines)
• You must like, share and comment on others posts DAILY
• Demonstrate success growing business social media accounts through strategic content creation and analytics.
• Highly self-motivated and able to independently identify content opportunities, plan shoots, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.
• 15-20 in office hours weekly.
