Work Environment

The work environment at Restore Physical Therapy is collaborative and supportive, situated in our modern outpatient office equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities to formulate tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics and home exercise programs that support the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment for both staff and patients.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships by providing emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all professional standards and ethical guidelines while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgery, athletes in need of sports rehabilitation, seniors requiring geriatric support, children undergoing pediatric rehabilitation, and those facing neurological challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits
