Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Consulting one-on-one with patients to understand their symptoms and to design personalized treatment plans.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction based on assessments and formulating evidence-based therapeutic strategies.
• Instructing patients in the proper use of therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their recovery.
• Administering manual therapy, such as stimulation and massage, to promote healing and relieve pain.
• Guiding patients in the use of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers, to facilitate mobility and independence.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documenting treatment progress to track recovery benchmarks.
• Providing patients and their families with educational resources and in-home treatment strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive patient information exchange to support coordinated care.

Qualifications
