As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote People Data Analyst will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
