Sales Closer - Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their renovation or construction needs.
• Conduct product demos and showcase lighting solutions, layout designs, and remodeling options to clients.
• Negotiate terms confidently, upselling additional services or products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage account relationships by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives to attract new clients.
• Utilize CAD or SketchUp tools for layout design presentations that meet client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and stock levels using POS systems and retail math principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing sales, high-end sales, or fast pace sales environments with a focus on closing high value contracts.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate product demos efficiently.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
