As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Access Coordination in Columbus, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying emergency services and/or site contacts as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift pass-down information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
