As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activity while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe deliveries, vendor activity, and employee and visitor traffic in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
