As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and assist visitors and employees with professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and delivery activity at a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor logs, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
