Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• P rocess high-volume invoices from receipt through payment
• Code invoices and reconcile vendor statements
• Process ACH, wire, and check payments
• Prepare remote deposits
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records and internal controls
Qualifications
• 5 + years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
