You will define AI strategy, identify high-value business opportunities, and oversee delivery alongside cross-functional teams. This senior consulting role combines AI strategy, business transformation, banking expertise, and executive client engagement to deliver scalable, business-focused AI solutions.What You’ll DoLead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments with business strategy and measurable outcomes.Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies spanning foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities.Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation.Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions while building trusted executive client relationships and identifying new consulting opportunities.Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives.What We’re Looking For10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience, including enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy, with a proven track record delivering transformation within the banking sector.Deep understanding of banking operations, digital banking, lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation.Demonstrated success building executive client relationships, leading complex consulting engagements, and supporting business development initiatives.Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business value.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery.
