Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will configure innovative workflows, manage seamless integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to the Aladdin platform, all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment. Your deep technical knowledge of Aladdin, combined with strategic leadership, will drive multiple high-impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions.As a platform owner and delivery leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure Aladdin solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s strategic vision. This role blends hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to shape the long-term roadmap within a dynamic and rapidly growing investment organization.Your key responsibilities Lead activities with BlackRock and BlackRock Client key stakeholders to complete the following:Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and stabilizationLead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teamsDefine the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and complianceDrive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modulesDocument BlackRock Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogueReview asset class workflows provided by BlackRock Client to support organization of asset class prioritization plans within the Project PlanAssist BlackRock with creating/maintaining project key issue tracker to log & triage issues, liaising with Aladdin Client Transformation (ACT) teams to coordinate and drive for issue resolutionAssist BlackRock with Governance reports (including status meeting updates, upcoming period deliverables, past due project items, percent task completion, and identifying responsible parties)Project Closure Report including BlackRock Client sign offs of the deliverables at the end of the projectManage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance and professional development opportunitiesLead cross-functional communication between front, middle and back-office teams, translating complex technical topics into clear business languagePromote best practices in system configuration, change management and delivery methodology ensuring consistent project execution across teamsStay current on Aladdin product enhancements, new modules and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automationSkills and attributes for successCollaborate with client technology professionals and strategic third-party alliances to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $168,400 to $384,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $202,000 to $437,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
