Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (MN or compact/eligible).
• Proven experience in school-based OT settings preferred.
• Confident supervisory skills; experience overseeing COTAs a plus.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working onsite or virtually.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to students, contributing to their educational and developmental goals.
• Oversee and support a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for integrated care planning.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records.
• Adapt therapy delivery to both in-person and remote environments (if working virtually).
