DaVita has an open position for a Senior Regional Operations Manager (Sr. ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. Requirements: Associates Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical nursing; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renal nursing Minimum of one year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse CNN or CDN certification Now is your time to join Team DaVita.
