Administration Coordinator at Brown RISD Hillel (Part-Time)

$26 - $28 per hour

Role Overview Brown RISD Hillel (BRH) is seeking a detail-oriented part‑time (25 hrs/week) Administration Coordinator to help oversee various processes for our award‑winning, fast‑growing non‑profit. Reporting to the Development & Administration Manager, the Administration Coordinator manages day‑to‑day accounting tasks and data entry in our donation management system, Little Green Light. What You'll Do Financial Coordination Process income and expenses, answer coding questions from the offsite bookkeeping team. Fundraising Support Accurately enter gift and donor details into the donor management system. Generate gift reports. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Process all donation and grant details into the donor management system and complete necessary follow‑up tasks, including monthly gift reports. Forward invoices/bills to the appropriate location for payment. Code credit card transactions and respond to expense‑coding questions submitted through the accounting client portal. Process student reimbursements. Qualifications Background in organizational coordination. Comfort with computers and web or cloud‑based systems. Experience in financial administration is ideal. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
