Key Responsibilities In your role as a Remote LICSW, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and accepted social work practices. Conducting thorough assessments, ensuring accurate documentation in clinical records and progress notes as per clinic policies. Providing crisis intervention services, including evaluating emotional and behavioral issues and implementing appropriate treatment strategies. Consulting with families and support systems to facilitate treatment and discharge planning, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. Patient Population / Client Focus This position caters primarily to students within the school setting, addressing a wide variety of mental health challenges. You will be equipped to work with clients across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and young adults. Qualifications To qualify for this position, candidates must have: A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Washington. A minimum of three years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in clinical social work. Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic health records. The ability to practice independently and make clinical decisions without ongoing supervision.
