Work Environment This position is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while interacting with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health strengths and needs. Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate client input and evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with their goals. Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing engaging techniques to foster a supportive environment for client discussion and healing. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources, advocating for clients' rights and access to essential services. Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and keep up to date with the latest best practices in the field. Patient Population / Client Focus Your practice will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to effectively support their personal journeys. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state. A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing client-centered treatment plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all interactions. Preferred Experience Experience working within school settings or with school-aged populations. Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including trauma-informed care. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
