Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to deliver coordinated and holistic care that addresses both mental health and substance use issues.

• Guide patients and their families through the complexities of diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring clear understanding of the recovery process and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using established evidence-based practices to foster emotional healing and growth.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, integrating patient preferences while adhering to clinical best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
