Sales Consultant

One Personal Training is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant to turn people who've asked about personal training into new clients.

There's no cold calling. Every lead has opted in and asked us to call them back. Your job is to understand what they want, recommend the right program, and get them started.

One Personal Training is a global personal training brand with locations in USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

This role will be specifically for the three personal training locations in South Florida (Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables)

What you'll do

• Call new leads within 5 minutes of them opting in or at their scheduled time.
• Run consultative calls covering goals, obstacles, schedule, and budget, then enroll clients in their first package
• Follow up with leads who haven't decided by phone, text, and email
• Stay in touch with prospects who aren't ready yet, for weeks or months if it takes that long, until they join
• Keep our CRM up to date and hit weekly call and enrollment targets
• With success comes the opportunity for a larger base and to manage a sales team

You'll do well here if you have

• 1+ years of phone sales, gym or fitness sales, or high-ticket closing
• Or experience as a personal trainer who's great at selling packages and wants a full-time sales career
• A track record you can share, such as close rate, quota attainment or packages sold
• The persistence to follow up and stay in touch without being pushy
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and availability Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm ET

Pay

• $40,000 base salary
• Plus commission on every new client, uncapped, and a bonus when your clients renew
• About $85,000 a year at target. Strong performers can earn $95,000–$110,000+
• A guaranteed minimum commission in your first two months while you ramp up
• 10 days of paid time off plus US federal holidays
