Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and monitor responses to treatment in an outpatient care context.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient status, care provided, and changes in the electronic health record with accuracy and completeness.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transition of care across the care continuum.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California) in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in outpatient/ambulatory care or related setting preferred.
- Ability to work 4x10-hour days (40 hours per week) in an outpatient care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
