Join a Leading Custom Furniture Manufacturer as a Mechanical Assembler!  Are you a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship? Our client, a premier custom furniture manufacturer, is seeking a  Mechanical Assembler to join their growing production team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the final assembly process — attaching specialized instrumentation to custom-built cabinets and ensuring each piece meets exacting performance and aesthetic standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision tools, takes pride in producing top-quality work, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What you will be doing:

• Assemble professional equipment that ships to Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Oral surgeons, and other healthcare professionals worldwide.
• Fabricate and build items as designed according to the documentation package; provide corrections to engineering. Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fasten parts and subassemblies; Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.
• Assure that the work being performed is at standard production rates and that it meets quality standards.
• Perform and maintain quality processes to ensure 100% accuracy.

What is Required:

• High School Diploma/ GED 
• 2 years of Assembly experience and training
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work with hand tools
• Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and focused.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
