Kit Assembler

Associate Assembler Shift: 7am-3pm. 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.15 (varies by shift) Role Overview: This position is responsible for performing assembly operations on a variety of medical products while following written and verbal instructions. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, labeling, and packaging of sterile and non-sterile products Inspect work to ensure specifications are met (including microscope use when required) Set up and operate packaging equipment Follow all clean room gowning (PPE) requirements Complete required documentation and labeling Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment Support additional duties and special projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in assembly or packaging operations Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours) Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills Willingness to work scheduled overtime As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
