CSR- In office Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy Accepts payments and processes transactions Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Involves with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis Maintains a neat and clean work area and office Handles FNOLs (vehicle inspections) Take vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing) Conducts bank run deposits Position is full‑time Other duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements Computer literate, from basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and be able to provide a first‑rate experience for customers Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education / Training / Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Loya Insurance Agency
