This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth sessions from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine each client's mental health needs and treatment preferences.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and group therapy, effectively utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions and techniques to meet diverse needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and seamless communication regarding client progress.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engaging in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals battling addiction, trauma, and emotional distress. You will be responsible for providing immediate support, crisis intervention, and counseling to clients facing challenges such as substance misuse, trauma recovery, emotional instability, and suicidal ideation. Our patient population is diverse, requiring cultural sensitivity and an empathetic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Preferred Experience\n
