Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trustworthy relationship with clients to create a safe environment conducive to therapeutic progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, leveraging standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and preferences of each patient, integrating a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• An active State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
