Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, accommodating clients with varying needs and backgrounds.

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health status and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation for each client interaction, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and contributing to ongoing patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client support.

• Stay abreast of the latest best practices in teletherapy, adjusting approaches as necessary to provide the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on delivering mental health counseling services to children, teenagers, and young adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active LMHC licensure in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and young adults.

• An active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

• Technical proficiency in teletherapy platforms, with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed.

• A willingness to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with the credentialing process for Medicare is a significant plus.
